What you will do

• Oversee and drive the process integration of new clients into the high-performance product suite.
• Manage onboarding activities, timelines, and deliverables while setting and managing client expectations.
• Consult with clients to identify solutions for specific requirements and conduct requirement gathering.
• Coordinate with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to client implementation.
• Maintain real-time project status through online tools and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation or technical project management within a healthcare setting.
• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets.
• Proficiency with project management tools, support ticketing software, and cloud-based document systems.
• Knowledge of extended medical terminology.
• Strong computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Prior experience in a physician office setting, including knowledge of workflows and processes.
