What you will do

• Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives, ensuring defined ownership and timelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly and monthly project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
• Partner with operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and escalate risks to leadership.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for executive-level visibility.
• Standardize templates and tracking tools to implement structured program management processes.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of revenue cycle experience with a strong project/program management focus.
• Experience driving operational transformation, process improvement, and system implementations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in healthcare or operations.
• Exposure to revenue cycle processes.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
