What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies, plans, and messaging across diverse stakeholders.
• Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement to build buy-in across DHA leadership and Military Treatment Facilities.
• Define the training strategy, education approach, and curriculum framework for workforce transition.
• Design and execute adoption and feedback mechanisms to sustain new ways of working.
• Assess change impacts and readiness, developing comprehensive mitigation and reinforcement plans.
• Create high-level communication products including briefings, talking points, FAQs, and newsletters.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational change.
• Eligibility for Department of Defense (DoD) Public Trust clearance.
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and systems like MHS GENESIS or Oracle Cerner Patient Accounting.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR or Kotter.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Military Health System (MHS) or DHA environment.
• Knowledge of UBO operations, including TPC, MSA, and MAC programs.
• Prosci Change Management certification.
• Master's degree.
