What you will do

• Build and lead all aspects of project workstreams, providing clear direction to project teams.
• Manage project plans to ensure all client deliverables are met and aligned with the client's vision.
• Direct primary research with stakeholders, including payers, key opinion leaders, and physicians.
• Synthesize research insights to develop relevant pricing and market access strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and lead strategic client meetings.
• Oversee and mentor analysts/consultants while contributing to practice development and IP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a record of academic excellence.
• 3-5 years of consulting or business analytics/strategy experience within the healthcare space (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics).
• Knowledge of global pricing and market access.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be based in the United States.
