What you will do

• Partner with clients to define business objectives and assess organizational impacts of transformations.
• Develop and execute OCM strategies, including impact assessments, change readiness, and stakeholder analysis.
• Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitoring progress and mitigating resistance.
• Design and deliver training programs and knowledge-transfer resources for new processes and AI technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and support executive decision-making.
• Establish effectiveness metrics and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be local to Calgary and surrounding area.
• 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management (consulting, utilities, IT, or HR).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives in complex environments.
• Proficiency in OCM methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Generative AI and agentic AI's impact on operating models.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification.
• Agile/SCRUM certifications.
