What you will do

• Manage the full hiring cycle, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Collaborate with Lead Consultants to identify hiring needs based on client statements of work.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing engagements and maintaining strong relationships.
• Analyze and synthesize data to develop recommendations and produce polished, client-ready reports.
• Support business development through RFP development and industry networking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
• 2–4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as a generalist.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, TX.
