What you will do

• Lead complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through execution and benefits realization.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks based on client context.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to ensure sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets and methodologies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Proven track record in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands; the company is unable to provide work permits.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks (Kotter, ADKAR) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG).
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in AI-related topics.
