What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business objectives and assess the organizational impacts of transformations.
• Develop and execute OCM strategies, including impact assessments, communications, and training plans.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in across all levels.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and interviews to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitoring progress and mitigating resistance.
• Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Must be local to Edmonton and the surrounding area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in consulting, utilities, IT, or Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and understanding of associated roles.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized certification.
• Formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications.
