What you will do

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping to benefits realisation.
• Develop tailored change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for clients.
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables.
• Identify business expansion opportunities and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation.
• Proven track record delivering change programmes within the financial services sector (banking, insurance, etc.).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required (Non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted).
• Must have valid work authorisation for the Netherlands.
• Proficiency in change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile).

Nice to have

• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management).
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
