What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce modules, including Recruiting and Payroll.
• Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, forms, and deploy new technology releases.
• Provide Tier 2 support to end users and HR Business Partners, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, data validation, and clean-up activities.
• Build and optimize reports and dashboards using Dayforce reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external consultants on project scoping, testing, and go-live support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience with Dayforce HCM system administration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience with system integrations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal compliance).
