What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administration across sandbox, developer, and production environments.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and IT to translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Maintain system health through release updates, security reviews, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and conduct onboarding and training for new users.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and experience designing scalable solutions using flows.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Certifications: Platform Administrator II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst.
  • Pardot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with lead conversion optimization, opportunity lifecycle configuration, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of Case workflows, Email-to-Case, and CTI or digital messaging channels.
