What you will do

• Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and revenue forecasting for the Amazon channel.
• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct monthly financial variance analysis and lead budget/operational review meetings with department heads.
• Utilize Tableau, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce to mine data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and the reconciliation of accrual and prepaid expense accounts.
• Support the Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment processing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience in budgeting, planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with Tableau (or Looker/Mode), Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills for manipulating large datasets.
• 2+ years of experience supporting a high-growth Amazon channel within eCommerce or CPG (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Proven ability to identify and drive process and system improvements.
