TL;DR

GTM Engineer (AI/SaaS): Building and optimizing go-to-market systems and AI-powered automation to turn signals into pipeline with an accent on revenue operations, data enrichment, and CRM integration. Focus on architecting automated workflows, managing Snowflake data pipelines, and leveraging LLMs to enhance outbound personalization.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 3 days/week in office

What you will do

  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for prospect enrichment and personalization using n8n and Claude.
  • Manage the end-to-end intent-to-pipeline lifecycle, including signal configuration, scoring, and routing.
  • Develop and own data pipelines from Snowflake into other GTM tools to ensure actionable prospect data.
  • Own core HubSpot automation, including lead routing, lifecycle workflows, and property hygiene.
  • Provide technical support for complex marketing and CS automation and attribution logic.
  • Identify and MVP-test new pipeline sources and automation tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London, UK
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (workflows, custom properties, CRM management).
  • Experience building automations with APIs, webhooks, and tools like n8n, Zapier, or Tray.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted tooling.
  • Ability to write SQL and work with Snowflake for data pipeline debugging.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment.
