hirify.global is a SaaS platform that helps insurance brokers, MGAs, and insurers design, build, and manage their own insurance products.

What you will do

• Design and build new insurance schemes on the hirify.global platform for clients.
• Manage post-live support requests, including implementing major changes and updates to ongoing schemes.
• Provide daily operational support, such as user management and documentation uploads.
• Translate complex underwriting guides into functional rating files using Excel.
• Collaborate with the Wunderwriting team to optimize insurance product configurations and efficiency.

Requirements

• Background in insurance or underwriting with at least 2 years of experience.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for everyday configuration tasks.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a desire to understand the underlying logic of insurance products.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Configuration Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst for SaaS insurance solutions.
• Prior experience in insurance support and scheme management.
