Remote Insurance Software Support & Configuration Analyst (Ex-Underwriters or Insurance Brokers)

Location: Fully remote, UK-based candidates only

hirify.global provides SaaS software that enables insurance brokers, MGAs, and insurers to design, build, and manage insurance products and schemes.

What you will do

• Build new insurance schemes on the hirify.global platform.
• Support live schemes by implementing updates and major changes.
• Resolve day-to-day customer support requests, including document uploads and user additions.
• Review underwriting guides and translate rating logic into Excel rating files.
• Work with customers and teammates to troubleshoot issues and improve scheme processes.
• Rotate between Scheme Builders, Post Live, and Obsessive Support activities as team needs change.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in insurance or underwriting.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for everyday tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in working with digital tools rather than coding.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and teammates.
• Organized, dependable, curious, detail-oriented, and willing to challenge existing approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Configuration Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Experience with SaaS insurance software solutions.
• Experience supporting different areas of insurance and managing insurance schemes.
