What you will do

• Lead global expansion across UK, France, Germany, and Canada, focusing on scalable solutions and market success metrics.
• Optimize the marketing engine by bringing business rigor to capital deployment and prioritization.
• Analyze margin levers and growth investments to ensure business durability and inform pricing decisions.
• Develop internal tooling to track progress against goals and resource allocation.
• Pressure-test new products and capabilities to improve the end-to-end buyer and seller experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast-growing startup.
• Ability to operate independently and drive impact in fluid, unstructured environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills.
• Fluency in using AI tools to enhance analysis and execution.
