TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — Tuesday-Thursday in office; quarterly travel to Dublin expected.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic and operational partner to EMEA Post Sales leadership (Account Management and Customer Success).
  • Own regional forecasting and pipeline governance for renewals, expansions, churn, and retention.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility into business health and performance.
  • Collaborate with Systems, Analytics, and Finance teams to automate processes and enhance operational scalability.
  • Manage territory planning, account segmentation, and operational planning across the EMEA region.
  • Analyze regional trends in retention and productivity to deliver actionable data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK (London) to support the hybrid office requirement.
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue, Business, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS post-sales motions (renewals, expansion, churn mitigation, NRR).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence front-line managers and senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset capable of turning ambiguous business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
  • Background in territory planning, capacity modeling, or segmentation.
  • Experience supporting global GTM teams in a distributed environment.
