What you will do

• Develop and execute corporate development strategy, including identifying and evaluating M&A and partnership opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes from market mapping and diligence to negotiation and execution.
• Build strategic and financial narratives to support executive decision-making and business model evaluation.
• Manage relationships with major technology and commercial partners to create measurable business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to operationalize growth priorities.
• Establish decision frameworks and operating rhythms to ensure data-informed strategic choices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or strategic finance.
• Proven track record in negotiating and structuring high-value, complex deals.
• Strong analytical rigor with experience in market analysis and financial modeling.
