What you will do
- Define and shape people data requirements to support HR change initiatives.
- Design data models, reporting frameworks, and solutions aligned with enterprise principles.
- Analyze complex datasets to inform decision-making and design choices.
- Partner with HR, change, and technical teams to align data design with business processes.
- Identify data risks, gaps, and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements across multiple initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience delivering data or transformation initiatives, ideally within HR or people data environments.
- Strong understanding of data design, data governance, and reporting principles.
- Proven ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting ideas and challenging constructively.
Nice to have
- Experience working with tools such as Excel or Oracle reporting platforms.
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or machine learning in a data context.
