What you will do
- Drive the business plan for Brand Partnerships across all global markets to scale engagement with brands.
- Perform market sizing and revenue/pricing analysis to identify high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Optimize revenue and cost structures for sponsorships, custom events, and media buy partnerships.
- Develop strategic and insight-driven proposals and cases for partnership activations.
- Define key business metrics and implement growth strategies to address performance gaps.
- Create and manage scalable business processes to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
- STEM degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in analytical and business strategy roles.
- Strong quantitative skills and a strictly data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and convey complex concepts to senior clients.
Nice to have
- Experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial strategy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI and automation tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages, specifically Spanish.
