What you will do

• Take full responsibility for project outcomes, including scope, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a cross-functional squad consisting of product solution specialists and account managers.
• Act as the primary point of contact and the main face for customers in all key discussions.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation to ongoing adoption and success.
• Visit customers in person to strengthen collaboration and better understand their business context.
• Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities that deliver additional value.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading customer-facing delivery or implementation projects in a SaaS, IT, or consulting environment.
• Ability to confidently guide senior stakeholders through complex discussions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects on track.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when needed.
