What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of customer contracts to ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary delivery-facing representative, building trusted relationships with government and enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate complex agreements and SOWs into actionable project plans, milestones, and execution responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, and robotics partners.
• Manage project risks, resolve blockers, and provide executive-level reporting to customers and leadership.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and transition activities to ensure customers realize the full value of solutions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in technical delivery, engagement, or program management with direct customer-facing responsibility.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in government or enterprise contexts.
• Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale contracts or programs.
• Technical fluency in AI/ML, robotics, digital twin platforms, or real-time data systems.
• Strong execution discipline with expertise in project planning, scope control, and delivery methodologies like Agile or hybrid.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both executive and operational levels.
