What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program governance, including integrated planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, and milestone alignment.
• Identify white spaces in discovery, design, testing, and support to drive execution-led growth within tribes.
• Manage capability planning and resource utilization to ensure technical depth and prevent over-engineering.
• Scale and lead South Africa-based delivery teams, including PCEOs, BAs, and Engineering Leads.
• Act as the primary execution interface between internal delivery teams and client program stakeholders.
• Collaborate on RFP responses, providing insights on delivery constructs, staffing models, and localization strategies.

Requirements

• Expertise in Project Management methodologies.
• Strong background in the Banking & Insurance industries.
• Proven experience in Account Management and Business Development.
