What you will do
- Manage IT project onboarding for new clients and provide weekly status reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate IT resources to meet project timelines and manage IT procurement processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with client IT teams to ensure smooth BAU operations.
- Take ownership of IT outages, driving rapid resolution to minimize downtime.
- Draft and present IT Service Delivery reports to senior management.
- Review business processes to identify risks and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa
- IT qualification required unless candidate has over 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Ability to work after hours and weekends when required for client changes and UAT.
- Strong communication skills and ability to proactively chase stakeholders for outstanding actions.
- Experience in managing project plans, timelines, and solution design documentation.
