Location: Helsinki or Tampere, Finland. Partial remote work is possible.

What you will do

  • Lead business development activities and customer sales responsibilities for land and ground combat solutions in Finland.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to accelerate business growth and convert prospects into orders.
  • Deliver order intake and gross margin targets in alignment with the budget and the Winning Business process.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and maintain the CRM system to drive strategic campaigns.
  • Cultivate a high-value network within the Finnish defence forces, ministry, and industrial ecosystem.
  • Support the Country Market Plan and oversee in-country delivery project execution.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the Finnish Defence Forces, Ministry of Defence, or defence industry.
  • Military education, preferably General Staff Officer graduation with Army training, or a technical Master's degree.
  • Deep expertise in Finnish defence governmental and industrial markets with an established network.
  • Proficiency in navigating G2G, B2G, and B2B business processes.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English (ability to create persuasive presentations and documents).
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain security clearance according to the Finnish Security Clearance act.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Swedish language.
  • Experience in international and domestic relations.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global’s product portfolio.
