What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of structured products transactions from pricing to settlement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding trade and technical matters.
• Handle primary and secondary market client requests to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist the sales team with term sheet reviews and communication with issuers and custodian banks.
• Compile and analyze trade execution data and prepare weekly investment summaries for clients.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to users and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German required.
• Experience in managing structured products transactions and trade lifecycles.
• Strong platform-savvy mindset with the ability to handle technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the Zurich office.
• Commitment to a 12-month fixed-term contract starting July 1st, 2026.
