What you will do

• Direct end-to-end project controlling, acting as a financial advisor to project leaders.
• Lead project budgeting, consolidated forecasting, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting.
• Manage project cash flow, milestone tracking, and timely customer invoicing.
• Identify commercial risks and financial opportunities to drive process improvements.
• Analyze financial impacts of scope or contract changes during commercial negotiations.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in project controlling for complex infrastructure or technology programs for the federal government.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD and CO modules) and MS Excel.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Analysis for Office.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust.

Nice to have

• Experience with FAA programs.
• Knowledge of project financial governance, compliance, or audit environments (e.g., EVMS).
