What you will do

• Line manage and mentor a team of junior Programmatic Account Managers and Executives.
• Build and oversee high-standard programmatic media plans and campaign activations.
• Develop optimization templates and methodologies for key trading tactics.
• Manage relationships with clients, media owners, and service providers to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure financial accuracy in spending, reconciliation, and programmatic fees.
• Maintain operational standards throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-channel programmatic campaign activation and management.
• Proficiency in core trading platforms including DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
• Experience with ad serving technologies and troubleshooting tags.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including managing hybrid teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
