What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for mid-level clients, building strong client partnerships.
• Lead strategy development that connects client objectives to creative solutions and ensures alignment with broader business goals.
• Drive creative excellence through participation in creative reviews and well-substantiated insights.
• Oversee commercial performance, including fee/scope tracking, profitability, and meeting financial targets.
• Lead cross-functional project execution from strategic development through creative execution and production.
• Mentor junior team members and set the standard for collaboration, accountability, and resilience.

Requirements

• Experience delivering large-scale integrated campaigns, including TV.
• Previous experience working across retail, food, and beverage clients.
• Strong leadership capability to guide teams, inspire collaboration, and set standards for excellence.
• Confident, persuasive communication skills to present ideas, negotiate, and manage client expectations.
• Ability to anticipate risks, proactively solve problems, and deliver high-quality results in high-pressure situations.
