Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager (Software): Developing and owning the product roadmap from end-to-end for a scaling technology-first organisation with an accent on continuous discovery and strategy. Focus on shaping the 3-6 month vision, validating problem statements, and delivering iterative value with engineering and design teams.

Location: Hybrid (Leeds, UK) - 1-2 days onsite required

What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for a specific area over a 3-6 month horizon, aligned with organisational priorities.
• Maintain an outcome-based roadmap including hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.
• Run continuous discovery using customer interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Validate problem statements and solution options through lightweight experiments.
• Translate insights into clear opportunities and prioritised requirements for delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver value iteratively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role.
• Hands-on experience owning and managing a product roadmap.
• Experience working directly with technical delivery teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels within a small team environment.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds for hybrid work (1-2 days onsite).
