What you will do
- Shape product strategy and roadmaps for either Property Wealth or Connected Help propositions.
- Lead cross-functional development teams (Engineering, Design) as part of a product trio.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer friction and behavioural patterns.
- Manage and prioritise an outcome-focused backlog based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Align stakeholders across Compliance, Design, and Engineering to ensure focused, deliverable increments.
- Translate customer insights into actionable improvements through continuous testing and iteration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role.
- Must be currently located in the UK and possess full rights to work in the UK.
- Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design.
- Proficiency in using data to benchmark performance and evidence outcomes.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design techniques and modern product management practices.
- Experience in financial services or fintech context is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in Fintech (Advice/Guidance, Lending, or Equity Release).
- Experience building platforms for regulated processes or colleague-focused journeys.
