What you will do

• Define and own the Product Vision and roadmap for the Protection Platform.
• Collaborate with feature teams to create user stories that optimize customer journeys.
• Manage product change governance and ensure safe implementation of large-scale changes.
• Lead and mentor others through line management and coaching within the organization.
• Prioritize Lab epics, features, and stories aligned with the broader product strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Services, specifically Life Insurance.
• Deep understanding of the Protection market and customer needs.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking product performance and benefits realization.
• Experience in line management and talent retention.
