Senior Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; clear core hours.

Salary: £85,000 annually or equivalent in local currency, plus equity.

What you will do

• Turn business and customer needs into feasible, regularly shipped product outcomes.
• Work closely with ML, data science, and software engineering teams on forecasting, pricing optimisation, and portfolio balancing.
• Define model and forecast success criteria while accounting for edge cases and live financial risk.
• Use data analysis and model performance indicators to guide product decisions.
• Drive product initiatives from discovery through execution with clear Now, Next, and Future priorities.
• Identify and solve complex problems across Rosso, including portfolio development and syshirify.global response to market events.

Requirements

• Experience as a technically strong, ML-literate product manager embedded in full-stack teams including ML and data science specialists.
• End-to-end ownership of a complex product area with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills used throughout product discovery, delivery, and measurement.
• Experience building products in a startup, scaleup, or other high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to identify failure points, edge cases, and operational risks in live syshirify.globals.
• Clear and structured written communication, with a critical understanding of where AI helps and where it hurts.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, fintech, regulated industries, or other domains where ML and forecasting are mission-critical.
• Experience with two-sided marketplaces, third-party access, or international expansion.
• Experience with data-heavy products.

Hiring process
