What you will do

• Translate business and customer needs into feasible, shipped product features.
• Own technical-product details, setting success criteria for ML models and forecasting syshirify.globals.
• Design for edge cases and operational realities in a syshirify.global carrying live financial risk.
• Drive open product decisions to completion, maintaining a clear roadmap of current and future initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with ML, data science, and software engineering teams to influence model performance.
• Analyze data to validate ideas, measure success, and inform strategic product decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Technically strong product manager with experience embedded in full-stack teams including ML and data science.
• Track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proven experience building products in a startup, scaleup, or high-growth environment.
• Strong instinct for failure points, edge cases, and operational realities of live syshirify.globals.
• AI-literate with a clear understanding of where AI adds value and where it introduces risk.
• Strong, structured communication skills, particularly in writing.

• Experience in energy, fintech, or two-sided marketplaces.
