What you will do

• Design and ship AI agents to automate COB investigations, primacy determination, and recovery handoffs.
• Replace legacy IVR and phone-based verification with AI-powered conversational workflows and API integrations.
• Build end-to-end automation for bulk billing, auto-invoicing, and denial recovery.
• Redesign the customer portal with real-time dashboards, SLA transparency, and self-service reporting.
• Define AI agent behavior, decision logic, quality guardrails, and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with operations teams to translate domain expertise into automated logic.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science required.
• 5+ years of combined experience as both Product Manager and Software Engineer.
• Hands-on coding background required.
• Technical proficiency in agentic AI architectures, voice interfaces, API integrations, and data pipelines.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics for external clients.
• Proven track record of transforming manual processes into automation-first products with measurable ROI.
