Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design product features end-to-end, from problem framing and solution exploration to prototyping and delivery.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing, translating findings into design decisions.
• Use Figma AI features and generative prototyping in day-to-day design work.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers as a full member of a cross-functional squad.
• Contribute to and improve the hirify.global design system and maintain consistency across the product.
• Participate in formal design critiques and asynchronous reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Solid UX and UI foundations, including experience with the research-to-specification process.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Genuine interest in AI for designing AI-powered features and improving design workflows.
• Clear communication skills for explaining design decisions to engineers and product managers.
• Portfolio demonstrating design reasoning as well as finished work.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex data workflows, approval flows, or financial products.
• Experience contributing to design systems or component libraries.
• Experience with AI-assisted design or prompt-to-prototype workflows.
