Product Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in London or Manchester, United Kingdom.

hirify.global provides cloud-based spend management software that uses Artificial Intelligence to automate accounts payable, invoicing, and payments for organisations.

What you will do

• Design product features end-to-end, from problem framing and solution exploration through prototyping and delivery.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing, translating findings into design decisions.
• Use AI tools, including Figma's AI features and generative prototyping, in day-to-day design work.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers as a full member of a cross-functional squad.
• Follow, improve, and maintain the hirify.global design system and its component patterns.
• Participate in formal design critiques and asynchronous reviews.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Solid UX and UI foundations, including experience with the research-to-specification process.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Genuine interest in AI for designing AI-powered features and using AI as a design tool.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to engineers and product managers and respond constructively to feedback.
• A portfolio demonstrating design reasoning as well as finished work.

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex data workflows, approval flows, or financial products.
• Exposure to design system contribution or component library work.
• Experience with AI-assisted design or prompt-to-prototype workflows.
