Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from problem definition and exploration through prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Simplify complex workflows, rules, and marketplace dynamics into clear and intuitive experiences.
• Conduct interviews and observational research with members and hosts.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to shape strategy and connect customer needs with measurable business outcomes.
• Use data, customer feedback, prototypes, and experiments to improve product experiences.
• Design polished responsive interfaces in Figma and prototype AI-powered workflows with engineering, ML, and AI teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally acquisition funnels or marketplace products.
• Strong user research, product intuition, systems thinking, and interaction design skills across web and mobile.
• Experience designing multi-step processes, complex service environments, and edge-case-heavy workflows.
• Expertise in Figma, reusable components, design systems, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to connect design decisions to metrics, revenue, rent, ROI, and occupancy.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and using modern AI tools in design practice.
