What you will do
- Coordinate recurring people processes such as development cycles, engagement surveys, and salary review operations.
- Drive operational improvements by identifying friction, simplifying processes, and implementing AI and automation.
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations, including VISA applications, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and leave management.
- Own the back-end of the HR tech system to maintain data cleanliness and workflow efficiency for leaders and employees.
- Guide managers on people cases based on Swedish labour law, providing templates and determining when to escalate.
- Structure and maintain people-related information and documentation within Notion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People/HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
- Solid working knowledge of Swedish labour law.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and deliver proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience supporting managers through everyday people cases (sick leave, parental leave, performance concerns).
- Proficiency in maintaining information systems like Notion.
