What you will do

• Coordinate recurring people processes such as development cycles, engagement surveys, and salary review operations.
• Drive operational improvements by identifying friction, simplifying processes, and implementing AI and automation.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations, including VISA applications, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and leave management.
• Own the back-end of the HR tech system to maintain data cleanliness and workflow efficiency for leaders and employees.
• Guide managers on people cases based on Swedish labour law, providing templates and determining when to escalate.
• Structure and maintain people-related information and documentation within Notion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People/HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
• Solid working knowledge of Swedish labour law.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and deliver proactively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience supporting managers through everyday people cases (sick leave, parental leave, performance concerns).
• Proficiency in maintaining information systems like Notion.
