What you will do

• Embed with customer teams to identify pain points and design buildable solutions.
• Develop and harden prototypes, including data integrations, ML pipelines, and custom UIs.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of solutions from initial whiteboarding to production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate customer-specific features into the core platform.
• Work independently in ambiguous environments without detailed specifications.

Requirements

• Strong generalist engineering skills across the full stack (backend, frontend, infra, and data).
• Ability to translate non-technical user requirements into technical specifications.
• High agency and a bias toward shipping working versions (v0) quickly.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early employee at a startup.
• Background in data engineering, ML, or distributed systems.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
