What you will do

• Collaborate with founders, product, and design to implement new concepts
• Integrate AI-powered functionality into the core platform
• Enhance the collaborative content editor used across internal surfaces
• Develop new user-facing features with scalable UI components
• Optimize application performance and refine development processes

Requirements

• Must be based in North America
• 2-5 years of experience building customer-facing products
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience across the full stack including Node, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features with visible impact
• High ownership mentality and ability to work in a lean, autonomous environment
