What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of core AI features from prompt engineering to frontend implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to build and refine AI-driven interview coaching and candidate analysis tools.
• Design and maintain backend logic, data models, and architecture for complex AI applications.
• Ensure high output quality, accuracy, and speed for AI-generated content.
• Work with both structured SQL data and unstructured raw text to build intelligent features.
• Move fast and independently while maintaining a clean, observable codebase.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Extensive experience building generative AI applications end-to-end, including prompt chains and eval harnesses.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations in a product context.
• Experience working with both SQL and unstructured data.
• Strong product instincts and ability to work closely with design teams.
