Salary: $95,000–$110,000 + Annual Bonus

What you will do

• Monitor client inventory and ensure timely resolution of production issues using Jira.
• Perform requirements gathering and implement processes to address operational challenges.
• Act as a liaison between internal IT/Operations teams and client leadership.
• Support client invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Manage system access and user setup for client platforms.
• Conduct QA and UAT efforts to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience in data production.
• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and methodology development.
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects in a team environment.
• Ability to independently structure and execute complex analyses.

Nice to have

• Health plan or payment integrity industry experience.
• Operational experience within a health plan.
• PMP certification.
