What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for new customers, focusing on data integrations, EHR configurations, and platform setup.
• Serve as the primary technical account manager for enterprise customers post-launch to resolve technical issues.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to translate customer needs into working system requirements.
• Define and refine scalable onboarding playbooks and technical documentation to improve delivery consistency.
• Coordinate across clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders at customer organizations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• Experience leading data integrations or EHR implementations using standards like HL7, FHIR, or C-CDA.
• Ability to translate complex technical architecture into clinical and operational terms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build structure in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the USA.
