What you will do

• Develop risk-managed project baselines and utilize quantitative tools for predictive forecasting.
• Manage schedule variance (SV) and build contingency plans to proactively mitigate potential delays.
• Perform contract performance assessments and analyze scope against actual performance data.
• Integrate scope, cost, and quality systems into a single source of truth for project management.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for leadership, providing high-level reporting and decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of scheduling experience OR High School Diploma with 6+ years of construction/engineering experience (including at least 2 years as a dedicated scheduler).
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (strictly required).
• Expert-level skills in Excel for data manipulation and spreadsheet development.
• Integrated knowledge of project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders with strong conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale industrial or capital project environments.
• Proficiency in database development and advanced schedule hierarchy generation.
• Valid driver’s license.
