TL;DR

Project Controls Sr Analyst - Schedule Lead (Project Controls): Leading the project control function, planning, and scheduling for sustainable infrastructure projects with an accent on project forecasts and constructability. Focus on leading scheduling teams, managing project control professionals, and coordinating with JV partners to ensure project success.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Denver, CO or Bloomington, MN

Salary: $103,341 - $162,371

What you will do

  • Lead the project control function and influence internal and external clients.
  • Act as the lead facilitator for project forecasts and advise on execution issues.
  • Manage the scheduling team in the preparation of project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure constructability is integrated into the planning process.
  • Supervise a team of project control professionals and identify potential issues proactively.
  • Interface with JV partners and management to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, OR 8+ years of experience without a degree.
  • Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding including criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
