Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Manage software development projects and cross-functional communication to deliver outstanding products.
• Track engineering delivery schedules and align dependencies across Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps.
• Identify and resolve gaps in project delivery, communicating risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones to maintain high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to drive consistent and effective organizational processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM in a high-tech organization with a track record of facilitating enterprise-level projects.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience building scope, schedules, resourcing plans, and quality/verification steps with technical teams.
• Proficiency in risk and critical path management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners and stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
