Program Director (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote within U.S. Tier 1 or Tier 2 geographic markets

Salary: $207,000–$258,000 annually for Tier 1; $186,000–$232,000 annually for Tier 2

What you will do

• Own the overall health, momentum, and outcomes of a complex federal healthcare program.
• Align product, clinical, commercial, engineering, legal, and government affairs teams around shared goals and priorities.
• Design and run operating rhythms, including cross-functional meetings, dependency tracking, quarterly planning, and executive reporting.
• Manage federal stakeholder relationships, translate customer needs into internal priorities, and support account strategy and renewals.
• Drive accountability, resolve cross-functional blockers, lead escalations, and coordinate problem-solving across teams and partners.
• Build scalable program infrastructure, including intake processes, reporting frameworks, BI dashboards, templates, playbooks, and onboarding systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or operations leadership with ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the challenges faced by clinicians and healthcare organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills, including executive writing, stakeholder facilitation, and translating clinical needs for technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, establish accountability, and achieve shared outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude, strong organizational and project management skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• A genuine commitment to using AI to improve the lives of clinicians and patients.
