Technical Program Manager - Complex Programs (AI)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, USA; based in the area or ready to relocate immediately, with an on-site/hybrid schedule at the customer location

Salary: $179,760–$341,520 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Direct end-to-end governance, execution, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, and delivery realization for complex enterprise production programs.
• Coordinate software, cloud, AI, data, and architecture workstreams across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Lead steering committee meetings and communicate technical progress, risks, milestones, and roadmaps to executive customer stakeholders.
• Manage delivery dependencies, escalation workflows, approval cycles, and production integration environments.
• Ensure architectures and deployment pipelines meet enterprise security, data governance, and operational compliance standards.
• Capture delivery patterns, retrospectives, and reusable assets to improve global delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Based in the West Palm Beach, Florida area or ready to relocate immediately; able to work on-site/hybrid at the customer location.
• Senior experience leading large-scale, complex production programs and providing functional direction across multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong program management, executive stakeholder engagement, consultative delivery, and risk management skills.
• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript backend development.
• Production experience with AI application frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, React or similar frontend frameworks, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Pandas, Spark, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, and modern software delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-year customer programs in professional services or client-facing delivery environments.
• Experience with LiteLLM, Langfuse, Temporal, Hugging Face, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, prompt tuning, model fine-tuning, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Cloud or AI certifications, a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, and willingness to travel to customer premises.
