What you will do

• Perform forensic examination and analysis of project information to provide accurate contractual and claims advice.
• Analyze facts and evidence, including project records and notices.
• Advise clients on claims strategy and provide honest appraisals of their commercial position.
• Prepare and write formal quantum, delay, and disruption claims reports.
• Negotiate and present claims to achieve specific client objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in major infrastructure projects.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Australia; subject to obtaining a valid visa.
• British Degree (BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar, 2:1 or higher).
• MRICS and MCIArb membership status and/or a post-graduate legal qualification (LLM).
• Extensive knowledge of standard contract forms, including NEC and JCT.
• Proven expertise in producing delay and disruption claims and dispute resolution.
