What you will do

• Assist in preparing interim valuations and final accounts while monitoring project costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Support procurement processes by preparing tender documents and analyzing subcontractor quotations.
• Draft and review contractual documentation and maintain accurate records of correspondence and notices.
• Prepare monthly commercial cost reports and support cash flow forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Attend site meetings and perform on-site measurements to validate progress claims.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or currently working towards one).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and commercial software such as COINS or Causeway.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience in cladding remediation, façade works, or similar construction projects.
• Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
• Understanding of building safety regulations and compliance requirements.
