What you will do

• Prepare and execute business plans to achieve strategic regional objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new target clients.
• Lead high-quality fee-earning assignments and provide reliable consultancy services.
• Advise clients on claims strategies and dispute avoidance/resolution.
• Manage and recruit teams, fostering the career development of junior staff.
• Collaborate with the management team across international offices.

Requirements

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Local knowledge and experience of the Canadian market.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (preferred).
• Legal qualification (LLM) (preferred).
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
