What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term strategy and roadmap for enterprise applications, specifically SAP.
• Oversee major ERP transformation initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, and platform expansions.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization of Business Systems Analysts and application specialists.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and HR leaders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure all enterprise systems maintain compliance with FDA, SOX, and data integrity standards.
• Manage relationships with system integrators, SAP partners, and enterprise application vendors.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or IT leadership.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementation and transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture and governance frameworks.
• Experience working within medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FDA, SOX, and HIPAA.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
